  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours upon the receipt of your payment. An email is sent to you confirming the processing and the deposit of your package.
    A tracking number is provided within 3 days.

    The standard shipping method is the private home package.
    Count from 2 to 5 days after deposit to receive your parcel.
    This delay is related to variations in the processing of Post services and depends on the peak period.
    Delivery is offered for all orders from 30 €.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    All returns for refund or exchange, you must send an email to contact@loliv.com or call +44 33 0684 6029 specifying the exact reason for your request, your order number, name and address.

    You have fifteen days after the receipt of the item to return it to :

    Loliv – Centre Henri 4 – 7 Place Henri 4 – 94220 – Charenton le Pont – France.

    The expenses of return are at the charge of the customer.
